As the Chief Financial Officer for KRL, Mike is responsible for all matters of finance and accounting for the company. His roles included a mix of raising both debt and equity, exit preparation, M&A advisory, and aligning corporate strategy with operations and finance, as well as running the day to day of financial operations.
He holds a BA in Philosophy and an MS in Finance from Boston College
Justin spent over a decade working in manufacturing, specializing in high precision CNC machining for DOD and medical devices. Justin now manages Kellogg’s Research Labs production division, which specializes in efficient high-volume production and manufacturing. .
Richard Lowney is an Army veteran who has 30 plus years as an entrepreneur CEO of technology companies serving a myriad of industries. Rich has navigated startups that experienced marketplace impact, profitable growth and investment successes. He participated in numerous global trade missions that resulted in international sales and alliances for his companies. He holds an MS degree from Rensselaer Polvtechnic Institute and a BS from Southern New Hampshire University..
