Heat Treatment

Core process of working with nitinol, which must be heat treated to exhibit either superelasticity or the shape memory effect. Therefore, by altering the heat treatment process, a wide range of properties can be obtained.

Surface Treatment

The surface of the nitinol governs the way it interacts with its environment. We have more than 20 treatments available including coating, polishing and chemical treatment to fully optimize your material.

Thermo-Mechanical

The stress-strain relationship of Nitinol is temperature dependent. We are equipped with a temperature controlled UTM to help you obtain a complete, temperature dependent, mechanical profile.
